Hi Everyone
I will be sharing this post at The Mom Creative
Another week where we didn’t seem to do much but still managed to get quite a few good photos.
This week includes:
- a crochet project
- new gumboots for Paige
- a present for Paige
- looking through PL album
- my favourite TV program
I have also included my February Photo 365 pictures in an insert, and also made a small insert with a scrap of page protector that I had cut off another one.
Thanks for looking at Week 9, and sorry for the dodgy photos this week.

Some close ups:
A bit of washi tape and a scrap of page protector, I like how these just swing in the layout.
No words… Hmmmmm… we did have a healthy breakfast and lunch. Moving on!
My Mum and Paige looking through last weeks pages.
We were all wearing the same sort of bracelets – Mum, Paige and I. I just cut a 4×6 in half to fit into 2 pockets.
My friend Sarah has also started documenting her project over here at http://documentingchaos.wordpress.com/ – she would love you to check out her posts. She has some great ideas.
This week I also participated in a Blog Hop where I did a long post about themed weeks/photos, have a look and see what you think – February Blog Hop
Thanks for looking, see you next week.

Thank you so much. The crochet blanket is a long term project but I love how it is coming together too. 🙂

Thanks for looking Kelli. The small shots are for a Photo365 project that I am doing on my iPhone. One picture a day.

Great album….where did you get the grid photo pocket pages?
sharon71 said:
Thanks Angela – the inserts are for coin-collectors, the pockets 2×2. I got mine on eBay.

Hi Sharon! Love your shot of the 3 generations of hands…precious! Totally cracked up at the picture of the hamburger & your journaling that went along with it…sometimes we have moments we aren’t proud of. 😉
Hope you have a great week!

Hi Julie, That photo was Mum’s idea, Paige and I were just leaving to go home when she noticed we all had bracelets on so we took a quick snap – was a bit tricky to get with the dSLR in my left hand 😉
We aren’t discussing the burger!
Jules said:
Wow! My favourite part of this layout is that 3 generation handshot – that is a keeper for sure! And the insert of your February 365 photos is so cool!
sharon71 said:
Thanks Jules.
Where did you get that journal card in your blog this week? The one with the cameras?

sharon71 said:
You are right Kate. PL is making sure I capture a lot of memories that would otherwise be lost. I love my album more and more each week.

Another great week Sharon – love the picture of Paige and your mum looking at the album. That’s what it is all about really isn’t it 🙂

What kind of protectors did you use for your smaller instagram shots… and how did you print them out?
sharon71 said:
Hi Abby, thanks for looking. The protectors are actually the type used by coin collectors – the slots are 2×2 inches, perfect. I got mine off eBay – there is a link in one of the posts I did for the end of January.
I print mine by putting 6 2×2’s onto a 4×6 collage – just cut them out after printing.
